Madhia Jaral is the

Founder of The Soul Route Method™

Helping Muslim women become who Allah created them to be—not who survival taught them to become.

The Soul Route Method™—a faith-centred framework that integrates evidence-based coaching and therapeutic approaches with timeless Islamic principles to help Muslim women heal from the inside out.

Grounded in Authentic Teachings

The framework has been reviewed and endorsed by respected scholars, including Shaykh Mehmood Hasan Kohli of UKIM Masjid Khadija and Shaykh Zaqir Sheikh of Darul Arqam, Leicester, giving Muslim women confidence that the principles underpinning the method are aligned with the Qur'an and Sunnah while being complemented by evidence-based approaches to emotional well-being.

One of the distinguishing features of The Soul Route Method™ is its commitment to remaining firmly grounded in authentic Islamic teachings.

Her vision is simple:

To make The Soul Route Method™ the trusted global framework for Muslim women who want to heal, grow and become who Allah created them to be.

She Didn't Set Out to Create a Method.

She simply wanted to help women heal.

Over the years, women came to Madhia with different stories. Some struggled with anxiety. Others felt trapped by people-pleasing. Some had lost confidence after divorce.

Others were navigating difficult marriages, motherhood, trauma, burnout or a painful relationship with themselves.

Although their circumstances were different, she noticed something remarkable. The same patterns kept appearing. The way a woman experiences her pain often pointed to the same deep spiritual and emotional roots.

That realisation became The Soul Route Method™.

The Vision:

Madhia hasn’t building a coaching business.

She's built a movement.

A generation of Muslim women who no longer define themselves by fear, survival or past experiences—but by their relationship with Allah and the person He created them to become.

One woman transforms.

Then her family transforms.

Then her community transforms.

This is the vision behind The Soul Route Method™.

And, inshāAllāh, it's only the beginning.

Because lasting transformation isn't about becoming someone different.

It's about returning to the woman Allah created you to be.

Beyond the Work

Away from her programmes and workshops, Madhia's greatest role is being a mother to three energetic, adventurous boys who keep life beautifully full.

Before dedicating herself fully to emotional wellbeing and transformation, she left the corporate world with one of the Big 4 accountancy firms to pursue postgraduate study towards an MA in International Political Economy. She also holds a PGCE & QTS in Mathematics and currently teachers students in secondary school, on a part-time basis.

Her experiences shaped her analytical thinking, curiosity and love of helping others grow.

Her clients often describe her as calm, insightful and deeply compassionate.

She believes the greatest transformations happen when women feel genuinely seen, understood and empowered to step into the life Allah intended for them.
